You MUST complete the FREE CDPHE Preparatory course on Co Train. You will be required to upload / send proof of the CDPHE Preparatory course completion before you gain access to your purchased online QMAP course or attend the in-person QMAP class. Once registered you will receive instructions to email your CDPHE Preparatory course completion Certificate.
