HOURS:
  • Day 1, 9 AM to 4:30 PM
  • DAY 2, 9 AM to Completion (Approx. 1:30PM)

If there is enough interest, the Instructor may offer a Dosage Calculation course on Day 1

This course takes approximately 2 hours and would be done by 6:30 PM.

In Person 2-Day QMAP Class - Longmont Office

Students will be given a copy of Colorado QMAP Trainings’ SYLLABUS on the first day of Class. All registered students must complete CDPHE’S Mandatory Preparatory Course on Co Train prior to attending the 1st day of class with Colorado QMAP Training. Once registered you will be sent Instructions on how to complete the Co-Train Prep course, along with QMAP class location.
