Description

This course is best for professional healthcare providers that have never taken the Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR/AED certification class or have allowed their CPR certification to expire.  This course is instructor-led and focuses on giving you immediate feedback while demonstrating the skills you learn.  The course provides you with both the cognitive elements of science-based life support as well as the psychomotor component of physically practicing BLS through testing and skill demonstration. You will practice your skills on adult, child and infant feedback manikins for cases of cardiac arrest and choking and learn to properly employ an AED.
