You MUST complete the FREE CDPHE Preparatory course on Co Train. You will be required to upload proof of the CDPHE Preparatory course completion before you gain access to your purchased online QMAP course or attend the in-person QMAP class. Once registered you will receive instructions to upload your CDPHE Preparatory course completion Certificate.
The date and time you are choosing is for the in-person Practicum Test – Multiple locations available throughout Colorado choose a location near you.
FIRST YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE COURSE REQUIRMENTS – ONCE REGISTERED YOU WILL RECEIVE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO START THE COURSE WORK. The QMAP Course work and written test must be Completed to attend the in-person Practicum Test which is the date, time and location on your ticket.
The actual QMAP Course is Self-Paced ONLINE with a 2 hr. zoom written test session to be complete before you arrive for the Practicum testing.
