Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for all purchases made through https://qmapclass.com/ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Colorado QMAP Training, LLC. By purchasing any course, class, or service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Services

Colorado QMAP Training, LLC. provides online, hybrid, and in-person training services with limited availability. Due to the digital nature of content and reserved class seating, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Online (Self-Paced) Courses

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee of $25.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the course must not have been accessed, started, or viewed in any way.
  • Once course access has been initiated, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. In-Person & Hybrid Classes

  • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
  • Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee of $25.
  • Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
    • Failure to attend (no-show)
    • Late arrival or partial attendance
    • Missed scheduled session

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Students may request to reschedule one (1) time for a $15 charge, provided the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.
  • All rescheduling is subject to class availability.

5. State-Required Preparatory Course

All students are required to complete a free third-party Colorado state preparatory course prior to participating in QMAP training. Here is a link to prep course instructions:

  • This course is not provided or controlled by Colorado QMAP Training, LLC.
  • We are not responsible for access issues, completion errors, or certificate availability related to this external course.
  • Failure to complete this requirement does not qualify for a refund.

6. Certificate Upload Requirement

Students must provide proof of completion of the required state preparatory course.

  • Access to training or participation in class may be restricted until documentation is provided.
  • Failure to upload required documentation does not qualify for a refund.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course materials:

  • You must contact us promptly at terry@qmapclass.com.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Refunds based on technical issues will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Colorado QMAP Training, LLC. directly at terry@qmapclass.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized or premature chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access to services
  • Ineligibility for future enrollment

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorado QMAP Training, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to complete certification
  • Delays caused by third-party requirements
  • User error or failure to follow instructions

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the State of Colorado.
